Strength Training and Toning

Strength Training and Toning; an hour of fun, fellowship, and a great workout for ladies and teens of all fitness levels. Join us on Saturdays from 8:30am-9:45am in Rm. 22. Bring an exercise mat, a 3-5 lb. weight, a stretch band, your water bottle, and a smile to share.

Latin Fitness

Latin Fitness is for Women of all Ages. This class (similar to Zumba) fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create an exciting hour of calorie-burning for long-term benefits! Also, includes a short devotional while we cool down. Join us on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:45pm in the Activity Center. For more information, contact Beth Bebenroth 

Breathing with Movement

This class is for women of all ages. Join us on Mondays at 7:00pm in Room 22. This low impact class is built on the fundamentals of both Pilates and yoga. Linking your breath to your movement will help build your core strength, strengthen your lower back, and increase your flexibility throughout your body. Both Christian music and secular music will be used throughout the hour class with an emphasis on body alignment and modifications for those who are new to class. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Bring a friend and enjoy the fellowship of women staying strong both in their minds and bodies!
