H.E.A.R.T (Healing the Effects of Abortion Related Trauma)

Hope and healing are available for those hurting from a past abortion through H.E.A.R.T.; a 7-week workshop that walks through steps of forgiveness and restoration. All inquiries and participations are confidential.

Strength Training and Toning

Strength Training and Toning; an hour of fun, fellowship, and a great workout for ladies and teens of all fitness levels. Join us on Saturdays from 8:30am-9:45am in Rm. 22. Bring an exercise mat, a 3-5 lb. weight, a stretch band, your water bottle, and a smile to share.

Latin Fitness

We are taking a break during the summer but join us again on August 15th. Latin Fitness is for Women of all Ages. This class (similar to Zumba) fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create an exciting hour of calorie-burning for long-term benefits! Also, includes a short devotional while we cool down. Breathing with Movement

We are taking a break during the summer but join us again on September 11th. This class is for women of all ages. Join us on Mondays at 7:00pm in Room 22. This low impact class is built on the fundamentals of both Pilates and yoga. Linking your breath to your movement will help build your core strength, strengthen your lower back, and increase your flexibility throughout your body. Both Christian music and secular music will be used throughout the hour class with an emphasis on body alignment and modifications for those who are new to class. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Bring a friend and enjoy the fellowship of women staying strong both in their minds and bodies!
